| Cosimo de Medici moved into the Palazzo in 1550 with his family. It is filled with treasures and works of art, but we did not have time to go inside. I did want to get a photo of the door with the two statues on each side: David by Michelangelo (a copy of the original), and Hercules and Cacus by Baccio Bandinelli. |
