Knight Genealogy

Journal of Rev. Aaron Weaver Knight and son, Rev. Sidney Thomas Knight, 1840 - 1921

~~~
Journal begun by Rev. Aaron Weaver Knight (1810 - 8 Jul 1888) and ended by his son, Rev. Sidney Thomas Knight (1 Dec 1846 - 28 Aug 1921).
The citizens herein lived in the general area of Jefferson and Angelus communities in Chesterfield Co., SC. Some were of Kershaw Co. and possibly Lancaster Co, SC because the three borders were so close. Included are interesting environmental and catastrophic events.
Copied in hand by Janie E. Jowers and transcribed by several typists. Edna Holtzclaw has the diary abstract (year unk.) The journal has been printed by the Carolinas Genealogical Society. This electronic copy was transcribed from a typed version with notations (in italics) by Alma Jowers Baker. Notations pertaining to Hough entires were included by Mrs. Harold (Elizabeth Pitts) Hough of Camden, SC.
