World Aflame … Celestial Intentions?

Earlier today I posted the following in the “Tornadoes” thread on our “Cassiopaea Forum“:

Recent events in both weather and social unrest are just NUTS. Reminds me of the very first session with the Cs:

Q: (L) What are you here for tonight?
A: Prophecy.
Q: (L) What prophecies?
A: Tornadoes Florida – several.
Q: Where else?
A: Also Texas and Alabama.
Q: (L) When?
A: Sun is in Libra.

One naturally wonders if that was a prediction of a marker event? Like the 2014 “explosion” in Ukraine was the beginning of the total insanity that we live in today.

At the time of the Color Revolution in Ukraine, I recognized it as a marker event. Let’s face it, things started going really South beginning with 9-11 when the Elite made their play for the total power grab on Planet Earth. From 2001 until 2014, things proceeded downhill rapidly, but NOTHING like what has happened since 2014 – just five measly years! The whole freaking planet is just nuts both in terms of human and geosphere activity!

Well then, later in the day, after posting the little bit above, I saw this in my NewsFeed:

World in Flames: Why Are Protests Raging Around the Globe?

In brief, the article says:

Watching the news over the last week, one would be convinced that the world has devolved into a series of flashpoints, with corrupt governments across the political spectrum facing the wrath of their enraged citizens. To be fair, that’s not far from the truth.

Four continents have seen anti-government demonstrations over the last week, many of them sparked by seemingly innocuous taxes or changes to the law.
[…]
So why has unrest seemingly erupted all over the world at once? According to a University of Arizona study, protest is contagious. The study’s authors found that “violent domestic conflicts spread between countries via spillover effects and the desire to emulate events abroad.” Non-violent movements too spread across borders in a similar fashion, with the researchers noting that “observation of collective action abroad” inspires would-be protesters at home.

Well, that’s a nice explanation, but doesn’t cut it with me. What the whole situation makes me think of is Victor Clube writing:

[W]hen the prospect of these global catastrophes recurs, such is the nerve-racking tension aroused in mankind that the principal leaders of civilization have long been in the habit of dissembling as to their cause (and likelihood) simply in order to preserve public calm and avoid the total breakdown of civil affairs. …

The Christian, Islamic and Judaic cultures have all moved since the European Renaissance to adopt an unreasoning anti-apocalyptic stance, apparently unaware of the burgeoning science of catastrophes. History, it now seems, is repeating itself: it has taken the Space Age to revive the Platonist voice of reason but it emerges this time within a modern anti-fundamentalist, anti-apocalyptic tradition over which governments may, as before, be unable to exercise control. The logical response is perhaps a commitment on the part of government to the voice of reason and a decision to eliminate all signs as well as perpetrators of cosmic catastrophes in order to appease a public not too far given to rabid uniformitarianism. Cynics … would say that we do not need the celestial threat to disguise Cold War intentions; rather we need the Cold War to disguise celestial intentions!

Thirty Years of Cults and Comets

Which brings me, of course, back to the initial item about the tornadoes in FL and TX being possibly markers?

There sure have been a lot of close calls with asteroids and some interesting fireballs and meteorites in the past few months.

Risk of asteroid impacts may be more common than expected

They are waking up to reality a day late and a dollar short.

Risk of asteroid impacts may be more common than expected

Rather than expecting an impact every 150 years, researchers believe the risks could be ten times greater.

Researchers warn that the risk of space rocks, like the one that exploded over Russia in February 2013, hitting the Earth is ten times larger than previously estimated.

Using videos from security and dashboard cameras, researchers were able to reconstruct the asteroid and its trajectory through the atmosphere.

Three separate papers out this week agree that the asteroid, which caused an intense flash of blinding light at daybreak on Feb. 15 near the Russian city of Chelyabinsk, was nearly twice as heavy as earlier estimated and had the explosive power of 500,000 tons of TNT.

“Luckily, most of the kinetic energy was absorbed by the atmosphere,” said Jiri Borovicka, an asteroid researcher at the Astronomical Institute near Prague and lead author on a study published in Nature. “A more solid rock that might have blasted closer to the ground would have caused considerably more damage.”

According to Borovicka, the asteroid approached the Earth from a region in the sky that is inaccessible to ground telescopes. The asteroid should have been visible six weeks before the impact, but only during the day, when the sky is too bright to spot objects of its size.

Peter Brown, a planetary scientist at the University of Western Ontario and lead author on a separate paper published in Nature, said that previous models suggested that asteroids like the Chelyabinsk asteroid would hit the earth once every 150 years. But looking at the number of observed impacts over the last 20 years suggests the impact risk could be substantially higher.

Brown suggests that a sensible response to the Chelyabinsk asteroid is scanning the visible sky with asteroid detection and early-warning system like ATLAS, which is currently being developed in Hawaii.

Are the increasing numbers of meteorites bringing life forms to Earth?

Good question. And is one – or more – of those life forms the new Black Death?

Are the increasing numbers of meteorites bringing life forms to Earth?

In 2010, Duane P. Snyder announced the discovery of the first and only known Ice Meteorite containing Extraterrestrial Life-forms. The Ice Meteorite’s particle analysis, its gas analysis, and likely origin including photos of the life-forms found in the melt-water of the meteorite where also exhibited. Dr. Albert Schnieders of Tascon USA Inc, commented that they basically found nearly all elements up to 90u in the sample spherical particles tested.

The results, photos and reports where then posted on Snyder’s website snydericyrite.com.

The life forms that were photographed were inside the ice meteorite, not on the ice meteorite. They choose not to melt Ice Meteorite in order to prevent the loss of valuable information and knowledge.

According to Snyder, Saturn’s moon Enceladus is the only known orbiting body having a mechanism capable of launching chunks of ice out of its gravitional influence and orbit. A gas analysis of the gases matched the results found in NASA’s Cassini spacecraft’s fly-through of the ice/water geyser plumes of Saturn’s moon Enceladus on october 9, 2008.

In 2011, an astrobiologist working at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center outside Huntsville, Alabama has made another astounding claim. In published journal article, he claimed to have discovered a preserved alien life form residing inside a meteor that journeyed through the vast black of space before impact on our planet.

The researcher, Dr. Richard B. Hoover, had to go to extraordinary lengths to make his discovery. He reasoned that if alien microbes were to hitch a ride on a meteorite, they would likely have to do so in a special meteor.

Meteorite crashes through roof of Pennsylvania business

Another “once in a century” or “once in a lifetime” event. Pretty soon, everyone will have one of these!

Mercer, Pennsylvania – There is a mystery surrounding a strange-looking rock that came crashing through the ceiling of a Mercer County business.

It happened sometime late Thursday night or early Friday morning. Employees of the business discovered the shiny, sharp-looking object inside their warehouse Friday morning.

They also found an eight-inch by eight-inch hole in the building’s 30-foot high, steel roof where the object came into the building.

The object left a nice dent in the building’s cement floor where it landed, too. The owner of the company says he believes the rock could be a meteorite.

However, there’s been no official word as to exactly what the object is.

Narrow escape for British family after red-hot sulphuric meteorites rain down on their Shrewsbury garden

Oh my! It goes on and on! Just wait for showers of boulders!

Narrow escape for British family after red-hot sulphuric meteorites rain down on their Shrewsbury garden

A mother-of-two told how her young children had a lucky escape – after fragments from a meteor shower rained down in their back garden.

Sarah Marston-Jones was playing outside with Harry, two, and Benjamin, four, when asteroid rocks fell behind her house in Shrewsbury.

The teacher heard a large ‘whooshing’ sound and a ‘cracking’ noise as 15 rocks from the meteorite shower blazed through the earth’s atmosphere and onto her lawn at 9.30am on Tuesday.

She was forced to rush her two young children off their trampoline to safety indoors as brown and black fragments showered down just inches from where they were playing.

The red-hot rocks, some of which were more than an inch wide, even left a strong burning smell in the family’s Shropshire garden.

Experts advised her to check the shards with a magnet as asteroids often contain iron – and she was stunned when it stuck.

Sarah said: ‘I don’t know if it was some sort of meteor shower or one fragment which cracked on impact, but I turned around and took one step before hearing this whooshing and cracking sound coming through the hedge and tree, and you could hear lots of dropping sounds on the patio.

‘There was this really intense burning smell followed by a smell which I can only describe as rotten vegetables.

Something impacted the fertilizer plant in West, Texas… most likely a Comet fragment!

Something impacted the fertilizer plant in West, Texas… most likely a Comet fragment!

Joe Quinn asked recently: Was the West, Texas Explosion a Meteorite Impact?

More information has come to light that suggests exactly that, and, at the very least, strengthens the idea that a ‘missile’ strike of some kind caused the explosion.

We now have four different video angles of the fire at the fertilizer plant. …

It seems that this very bright flaming object – most likely a flaming meteorite from a comet fragment – was coming in, directly through the smoke cloud of the initial fire, and apparently crashed either just short of or directly into the burning building and caused the crater.

What a truly strange event. But then, stranger things have happened…

Meteorites, Asteroids, and Comets: Damages, Disasters, Injuries, Deaths, and Very Close Calls

Be sure to check out my list of meteorite, asteroid, and comet events on SOTT.net. We’ve got it updated to this year, including yearly summaries, statistics, and descriptions of significant celestial events going back 13,000 years!

2012 (Summary) – Worldwide: In 2012, SOTT.net archived 136 fireball reports, 24 unexplained sonic booms (at least 3 of which were accompanied by ground tremors or earthquakes), and 16 recovered meteorites. The biggest meteorite fragment was found in China in February and weighed 12.5 kg. The fireball reports contained a remarkable number of multi-state sightings – at least 21 – twice the yearly totals for both 2010 and 2011, including one in Australia which was called ‘unprecedented’ by experts. Eighteen exploded mid-air and/or were accompanied by sonic booms, including one in India that produced a 2.1 magnitude earthquake on May 22, and one daytime sighting in Nevada and California that was estimated to be the size of a minivan before breaking up, both of which fireballs left several meteorite fragments. 2012 also saw 7 daytime events in these six months, more than doubling the yearly totals for 2009, 2010 and 2011. Mark Gilmer reported 11 meteorites fitting his own criteria (he notes that “since the year 2000, we have averaged about 5 recovered meteorite falls per year that are either officially accepted by the Meteoritical Society or verified by reliable sources”–the next highest year was 2008, with 10 falls). 2012 also saw several seeming cover-ups of celestial events, notably in Israel and Turkey, Louisiana, and the Southwestern U.S.
